It's the first website exclusively dedicated to raclette enthusiasts; Raclette Shop now allows you to order everything you need to delight a whole table and have it delivered to your office or home, anywhere in Brussels. No more excuses for not hosting impromptu dinners: the best cheeses, charcuteries, pickles, onions, potatoes, wines, and grape juices are just a click away.
To best align with the lifestyle of active individuals and reach those who don't have access to such local shops, she, along with her team, decided to launch Raclette Shop. This website offers a selection of farmhouse cheeses from small French and Swiss farms and charcuteries from Belgian, French, and Italian producers. French pickles from Maison Marc, pearl onions from Lombardy, and organic potatoes are also available online.
To complement regional pairings, three white wines and two reds from Jura and Savoie, carefully selected by the team's two oenologists, are offered. For those who don't consume alcohol, there's the delightful option of grape juices (Chardonnay and Muscadet).
The raclette equipment is rentable. You can even hire a professional “Racleur” to come to your home or office to serve up some of that cheesy goodness!
If you order before 12h00, you get delivered by bicycle between 14h00 and 16h00. Collect and Go is also available at their cheese shop Le Plateau du Berger, Chau. de Waterloo 589, 1050 Ixelles, Belgium.
