Beijingya
With 18 years of experience in the restaurant business, Beijingya is a staple in the Chinese community. Just a few steps from Place Sainte-Catherine, this authentic Chinese restaurant promises to delight your taste buds without breaking the bank.
Anju
Nestled in the heart of Saint-Gilles, a hidden culinary gem awaits – Anju. For those familiar with the culinary world, the name Sang Hoon Degeimbre needs no introduction. Renowned for his exceptional talents showcased in his Michelin-star restaurant: Air du Temps, as well as San Sablon, Vertige, and Korean Tiger, Chef Sang Hoon Degeimbre has now unveiled his latest creation: Anju.
Mizu
Last week I was invited to try Mizu, a Japanese restaurant at Châtelain, Ixelles and it was a really great experience. Not only are the dishes fresh and well made, they have a tablet ordering system that allows you to pick and choose as you go along.
Yi Chan
Yi Chan is an exceptional Asian restaurant, a few steps away from the Brussels Stock Exchange/Bourse/Beurs, on the popular Jules Van Praet street. The award winning bartender and owner, Yen Pham, makes exceptional cocktails. But the food is what makes me come back here every time.
Gourmet Everyday
Gourmet Everyday has been around now for 20 years. An authentic Chinese restaurant near Bourse/Beurs and Place Sainte-Catherine. Very reasonably priced!
Nénu
Nénu is by far one of my top places to eat. A mecca for food sharing on a spectacular level. Situated on a pedestrian parallel street from Avenue Louise in Saint-Gilles, it’s a nice contrast from the high fashion shopping area. On my last visit, my daughter and I had a memorable lunch, sipping cocktails and watching the chef and his team do their thing in the open kitchen.
Old Boy
Old boy, an Asian inspired restaurant with so many ideas it will make your head spin! I never cease to be amazed by this place. their Bangkok street food inspiration is creative and simply finger linking good.
