Bindo

Nestled in the tree, above Sunj beach, is Bindo. This quiet and magical places is set on the hillside above one of the rare Sandy beaches of southern Croatia. Surrounded by trees and crickets, you can have a lovely meal here and then relax in one of their many hammocks.

I highly recommend trying one of their daily specials. On our latest visit, we had their black risotto, that was packed with squid and very reasonably priced at 13€.and a octopus salad also 13€. I matched this with a suggested white wine, which was a little higher in price, but very delicious at 8,20€.

It has become a bit more popular with the years, as this little secret gem offers shade and a bit of calm over the well known Sunj beach on Lopud. A reservation is recommended on busy days during the summer months.
