Les Petits Bouchons, a place you want to go back to every week. Tom and Sylvie pour love into every dish. They have a great selection of small dishes to share, including homemade charcuteries and occasionally smoked salmon. Their shrimp croquettes are stars here, don’t hesitate, add one to your order.
If you’re not into sharing, that’s ok, they have beautifully seasonal dishes that change regularly. We’ve had a chance to try a few, such as ray fish, cassoulet, bouchot mussels with chorizo, scallops and beautiful sweet breads.
They specialize in natural wines, which are becoming very much in demand in Brussels now. They take care to meet the winemakers and they know their stuff. I trust them completely! They also have great beers. They have a very close connection du Brussels breweries such as Cantillon and Brasserie de le Senne. Something special can always be found in their cellar.
The wood interior is like a warm hug and the little terrace in front is very pleasant.
