Little Apo

Nestled in the heart of Saint-Gilles, Little Apo is a delightful Vietnamese street food haven that brings the authentic flavors of Southeast Asia to Brussels. Founded by Rosa, who carries forward her family's culinary legacy, this cozy spot offers a menu brimming with traditional dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and a generous dash of love.

The menu features a variety of soups, salads, and skewers, with highlights including the signature Pho Gà—a comforting rice noodle soup with tender chicken and aromatic herbs—and the Bo Tai Chanh, a Vietnamese-style beef carpaccio enlivened with coriander, Thai basil, lime, and onions. Vegetarian options, such as the Canh Cari Dau Hu, a spicy tofu and yellow curry noodle soup, are also thoughtfully crafted to delight all palates.

Little Apo operates with seasonal hours: from April to October, guests are welcomed without reservations, while from November to March, the restaurant offers two dinner services—one from 18:00 to 20:15 and another starting at 20:30. This flexible approach ensures a pleasant dining experience year-round.

Located at Avenue Adolphe Demeur 3, Little Apo is easily accessible and open for lunch and dinner from Monday to Saturday, with extended hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Whether you're seeking a quick lunch, a leisurely dinner, or a takeaway treat, Little Apo offers a genuine taste of Vietnam in the vibrant setting of Brussels.
