1000 -La Bonne Chère has been my favorite Brussels restaurant for almost two years now. They never fail to impress. The quality of their dishes, wine selection and service make this place an incredible experience

1050- Old Boy has boldly embraced a South-East Asian grill inspiration for their dishes, bringing the fire of Bangkok street food straight to Brussels. The restaurant expansion now allows even more guests to enjoy the kitchen counter experience.

1000 - A perfect place to dine between friends or business associates. Known for their high quality meats and always perfectly cooked fish. Just a stone throw away from Place Sainte-Catherine. Lunch special everyday of the week. Reservations highly recommended.

1190 - Mangia Sempre, a perfect place for an Italian aperitivo. This sweet little shop has not only great cheeses and meats to sample on their terrace but it’s also a store with delicious pasta, sauces and other Italian products to cook at home.

1000 - A delightful fusion of cheese shop, aging cellar, and intimate tasting bar. This charming establishment offers a unique experience for cheese enthusiasts, allowing patrons to savor a curated selection of cheeses on-site.

1000 - Meyboom is all about spaghetti, a fresh beer and friendly service. All wrapped up in a beautiful “vieille époque” setting. Quietly hidden away next to the Comic Strip museum (Belgisch Stripcentrum - Museum / Centre Belge de la Bande Dessinée).

1050 - Italian gastronomy at it’s finest. Dishes change daily and they take pride in their natural wines. Certainly a memorable experience every time. Reservations are necessary

1180 - A charming neighborhood bistro offering warm hospitality and a cozy atmosphere. Once a pigeon house, the space has been lovingly restored to create an inviting spot for food and drink.

1000 - Yummy Bowl is a small restaurant around the corner from the well known “pita street”. Just a few streets away from Grande Place. They make delicious vegetarian and vegan salads with all sorts of noodles, pasta and loaded with fresh veggies and herbs.

1060 - Saigonese eatery in a side street off the hustle and bustle of Avenue Louise. Delicious and inventive sharing plates. A nice wine card, including a good choice of natural wines. Try a cocktail, they’re delicious! A comfortable terrace is situated on a pedestrian street. Reservations are necessary

1060 - Le Dillens, a few streets away from Parvis de Saint-Gilles. A great place for lunch with four dishes that change weekly. A beautiful terrace under mature trees and a cozy interior. A great natural wine and beer selection.

1000 - This place is close to my heart. Dirk’s kitchen is full of tradition and love for local produce. If you’re looking for authentic Brussels food, here it is. Lunch special for 35€ from Monday to Friday. Reservations are preferable, especially evenings.

1030 - Meals under 15€
Metin Pide is known to be the first “Turkish Pizzeria” in Belgium. Their mouth watering pide’s with a perfect crunchy crust and very generous portions are sure to please you AND your wallet!

1000 - Chandigarh, a vegetarian and vegan must near the Botanique concert hall and gardens. The combination of spices, textures and flavors are so pleasing and surprising. Every bite is a delight for the senses. The restaurant has a beautiful interior and very attentive service.

1060 - In the bustling heart of Place Stéphanie in Brussels, Frank’s second address has presented us with a refined menu. You can still find their famous eggs benedict and Cuban sandwich. Lots of sharing dishes and excellent wines. Nestled on the ground floor of the brand-new Citybox Hotel

1000 - Vismet is a few steps away from Ste-Catherine church. It’s name is reminiscent of the original fish market there. They specialise in fish, but also have meat dishes. Between formal and casual, they have great service and a nice wine card. Reservations are a good idea!

1060 - Al Piccolo Mondo is situated on a side street of Avenue Louise. A Brussels institution since 1979, serving classic Italian dishes. Incredible professional service and a beautiful interior, perfect for any special occasion.

1050 - A traditional Japanese restaurant in Ixelles where chef Yosuke Suetsugu, master of washoku, and son Kunihiro Suetsugu, his 10 year apprentice, present us the finest Japanese food in Brussels. Sample the best sushi, sashimi, teriaki meats, tofu and miso soups.

1000 - This 60 year old family owned business is a sure thing. Classic Belgian dishes in a typical Brussels interior. Perfectly situated at the Vismet, right in front of Sainte-Catherine metro in the centre of Brussels. Here you can depend on good honest food every time. Reservations are recommended

1000 - True to its name, Crush is undoubtedly a place that you can easily fall in love with. This charming bistro at Place du Béguinage, incredible seasonal products and their côte à l’os is truly remarkable.

1000 - Little cozy bistro a few street away from the Brussels stock exchange. Very attentive dishes, small but attractive menu. Professional service and good wines.

1050 - An incredible establishment for anything seafood. We had shellfish until we couldn’t shellfish no more! Of course, seafood comes at a price, but this place is incredibly fresh and the service is great!

1000 - You can’t get more authentic Brussels than in the Marolles, and their is no more “Brusseleir” than Ploegmans. Authentic Brussels food to feed your soul and warm your heart. All the classic Brussels dishes, in the original 1930’s interior.

1000 - Located beside the KVS theater in Brussels, Beaucoup Belge is a cozy, contemporary spot that brings Belgian classics to life with seasonal flair. Fresh new ideas are infusing Beaucoup Belge with vibrant energy, making it a must-visit on your foodie radar.

1060 - Being north american, I’m naturally a big fan of smokey ribs and meats. This place won’t disappoint your BBQ cravings. With a smoker imported from Dallas USA and using only oak wood to slow cook their meats. They have a extensive selection of whiskeys, ryes and bourbons. Reservations strongly suggested!

1000 - A historical establishment in Brussels center now has new young owners and it’s this beautiful place can finally breathe a breath of fresh air. Classic Belgian dishes made with lots of love! Reservations recommended for dinner.

1000 - This one star Michelin star restaurant deserves to be tried and re-tried. A fixed menu is offered and a choice of accompanying wines or non-alcoholic drinks. The knowledge in their products is impressive and the love in the dishes is boundless!

1000 - Beaucoup Fish says it all, lots and lots of fish! Jordan prides himself on freshness and quality. A lunch special is available every day. A well appointed terrace is a nice option on a sunny day, but no worries on hot days, they have indoor air conditioning!

1050 - La Médina has been serving mouth watering tajines and couscous for 30 years. If you’re craving delicious comfort food, this is the place. A very reasonably priced lunch special is available weekdays and they have a large space upstairs for groups. Reservations are a good idea evenings

1000 - A very pleasant surprise with this beautiful restaurant right in front of our very own Manneken Pis. The menu changes regularly, as they follow seasonal ingredients. Their prices are very reasonable and their dishes made with lots of love and attention

1000 - The Classic of all Classics! This institution at Place Sainte-Catherine has existed for more than two generations. Perfectly executed fish and meat dishes. In hunting season they also have wild meats.

1000 - Situated in one of the most beautiful galleries in Brussels since 1969, this café théâtre (after theater bistro) not only serves fine Belgian and French dishes, they also have very good service.

1000 - Fanny Thai is a family owned business that delivers mouth watering Thai and Vietnamese dishes. Extremely friendly service, lunch specials weekdays and non-stop kitchen on weekends. A gem between Halles Saint-Géry and the Stock Exchange. Reservations not necessary.

1000 - The first word that comes to mind when I think of Wantany is : home. Coming to here is like a welcoming hug. They make fresh dumplings daily and are served in a comforting broth or fried as a starter.

1050 - Recommended by my dear friend Giulia native of Perugia. When she tells me try this place, i go without hesitation. I haven’t had the chance to try it, but i’ve met the owners and they have so much passion for their work, that it can only be dishes full of love. Reservations recommeded
